I am Tony Castronovo, and for years I worked hard climbing the corporate ladder!  The steady paycheck, health insurance, and retirement plan all seemed to spell success. Despite promotions, lofty job titles, bonuses, and raises it simply was not enough...or should I say, it was not right, for me anyway.  

I am not sure if I was born with the entrepreneurial bug or if it bit me somewhere along the way.  But I knew I wanted to run my own business.  Like many before me, I started a side hustle, creating a business while working a full-time corporate job. Soon I found myself rushing to get to my home office to work on what I was most passionate about.  

Over the next several years, I began to loathe my job and had no desire to "go the extra mile".  But I was scared!  I was afraid to leave what seemed like a secure future.  There were too many unknowns and too many gremlins lurking around every corner just waiting for me to fail.

After seven years of running a successful real estate investment company while working full-time at a corporate job, long commutes, and plenty of business travel I finally had the guts to follow my dreams!  But it was not easy, and each day brings a new set of challenges.  My reason for starting Grit to Growth surfaced because of a burning passion I have always had for people and helping them achieve the success they desire.
